A preliminary review of the information received determined that the following <br />additional items (Bold, Underlined and Unchecked) must be received (2 copies) before the Division can consider the <br />application submitted and technical review can begin: <br />APPLICATION PACKAGE: <br />Per Rule <br />6.4.1 EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />Q Note: The affected area must include the proposed new haul road. <br />Q (1) (b) location of the main entrance to the site reported as latitude and longitude <br />? The legal description must include a portion of the S':, NE% in Section 4. <br />? The access road on the Exhibit C Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Mao differs from the access road on the <br />Exhibit F Reclamation Plan Map. If the access road on the Mining Plan Map is correct than the legal <br />description must include a portion of the NE'X NE'/e in Section 5. See also, requirements for Exhibits N and <br />S noted below. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C - Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />One or more maps may be necessary to legibly portray the following information: <br /> AL _qll? <br />COLORADO <br /> <br />M - 2?
