Dear Mr. Settle:
On April 21, 2010, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received additional information, as requested by the
Division, to be included in the Construction Materials Regular (112) Operation Reclamation Permit Application package for
the East Bradbury Pit, File No. M-2010-016. A preliminary review of the information received determined that the following
additional items (Bold, Underlined and Unchecked) must be received (2 copies) before the Division can consider the
application submitted and technical review can begin:
