Pineda <br />Director <br />Environmental Protection Plan for Cotter Corporation -Schwartzwalder Mine, DRMS file No. <br />M-1977-300 <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety received from Cotter Corporation on April 19, <br />2010 the revised Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) for the Schwartzwalder Mine in Jefferson <br />County. <br />In accordance with the Hard Rock Mining Rules and Regulations, the EPP submittal has been <br />designated as a Technical Revision, with a review period of 30 days from the date of receipt. <br />Therefore, DRMS must complete its review by May 19, 2010. To allow time to incorporate any <br />comments into our response, please provide your review comments by May 14, 2010. <br />The EPP can be accessed at: htt-p://drmsweblink.state.co.us/dnnsweblink/search.aspx?dbid=O <br />The permit number to enter is M1977300. By clicking twice on `Doc Date', the files will be <br />sorted by date with most recent first.
