The report includes 14 color photographs of the underdrain system and related
construction activities. The photographs provide substantial detail of the underdrain
system during construction. A height measurement is provided in the photographs to
provide a scale for the size of the material being placed in the underdrain system and to
indicate that the depth of the drain matches the depth in the approved design.
No problems or maintenance items were noted during the inspection of the Horse Gulch Excess Spoil
Fill.
Please note that according to Section 4.09.1(11)(a), certified reports are required during the following
construction periods: (1) removal of all organic material and topsoil, (2) placement of underdrain
systems, (3) installation of surface drainage systems, (4) placement and compaction of fill materials,
and (5) revegetation. If any of the above mentioned critical construction periods do occur please not
that additional reports are required.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me. (303) 866-3567, extension 8113
Sincerely,
71
Robert Zuber, P.E.
Environmental Protection Specialist
