Outfalls 003A (Pond B) and 006A (Pond E) each flowed the last two weeks of March. No
exceedances were noted.
During the first quarter of 2010, in addition to the outfalls above, Outfall 008A only flowed one week in January, and did not
flow any other time during the quarter, thus the DMR enclosed for this outfall lists the quarterly results, but has no
listings for the monthly (March) entries.
Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were collected for analysis for Outfalls 005W during the period. The tests
indicated that the effluent were not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival (see attached laboratory report). Outfall 007W did
not flow during the period and therefore was not tested.
The following certification is provided to verify that that the following the outfalls, did riot discharge in March 2010. These
include Outfalls 002A (Pond T), 004A (Pond C), and 007A,007W, and MON 7 (all Pond F), and 008A (Pond G). In addition,
DMRs are also provided for these sites with the no discharge box checked.
CERTIFICATION
/ certify under penalty of law that / have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is
true, accurate, and complete. / am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the
possibility of fine and imprisonment.
