Box 628 <br />Nucla, Colorado 81424 <br />We have made numerous calls and sent numerous faxes to Sandy Brown in the last week <br />regarding violations that are being done and Sandy tells us that she has to talk to Marcia and then <br />when we do get a response, they do not know their own laws and are violating them. They refuse <br />to stop and talk to us so that we can show them what is happening, and it will be too late and all <br />the damages will be done again as they already have been in the past. <br />These are violations that have already been done and violations that are being done as we speak. <br />4.25 (4) WATER BODIES, if any to be constructed during mining and reclamation operations <br />MUST be located within the post-reclamation NON-PRIME FARMLAND PORTIONS of the <br />permit area. THE CREATION OF ANY SUCH WATER BODIES MUST BE APPROVED BY <br />THE DIVISION AND THE CONSENT OF ALL SANDY, ALL PROPERTY OWNERS <br />WITHIN THE PERMIT AREA MUST BE OBTAINED!!!!!!! We BEGGED you and BEGGED <br />you and Marcia not to allow them to put the pond in the middle of our ALFALFA field.
