MANAGEMENT <br />ScA4ftFO <br />The DRMS' letter dated January 23, 2008 transmitted its adequacy comments <br />regarding TR-55. Following are Snowcap's responses to the DRMS' comments <br />and concerns: <br />1. DRMS: As we have discussed, we believe it would be appropriate to <br />amend the approved bond document to reflect the amended legal description. <br />Please provide a rider to the approved reclamation bond, officially <br />changing the legal description associated with the bond, to correspond to <br />the legal description provided in TR-55. <br />SCC: We have requested a rider from our bond company, Liberty Mutal <br />Insurance Company, to reflect the new legal description. We will forward it to <br />you and to Johanna Cramer upon receipt. <br />2. DRMS: As per normal procedure, please provide a copy of the <br />newpaper proof of publication for TR-55, as soon as it is received. <br />SCC: Proof of publication was sent to the DRMS under separate cover <br />dated January 30, 2008. <br />3. DRMS: Several sections of text and tables need to be revised to clarify <br />the TR-55 acreage changes, and to be consistent with revised tables that were <br />provided in the initial submittal. <br />a) On p. 12-3, the reference to 243 acres of disturbed land should be
