As we have discussed, we believe it would be appropriate to amend the approved <br />bond document to reflect the amended legal description. Please provide a rider <br />to the approved reclamation bond, officially changing the legal description <br />associated with the bond, to correspond to the legal description provided in <br />TR-55. <br />2. As per your normal procedure, please provide a copy of the newspaper proof of <br />publication for TR-55, as soon as it is received. <br />3. Several sections of text and tables need to be revised to clarify the TR-55 acreage <br />changes, and to be consistent with revised tables that were provided in the initial <br />submittal. <br />a) On p. 12-3, the reference to 243 acres of disturbed land should be 242 <br />acres, to correspond to table 3-7. <br />b) Also on p. 12-3, the reference to 3,524 acres affected by undermining could be <br />confusing, without further explanation. Please include text to clarify that a <br />significant portion of the 3,524 acres was released by SIL-3, and that TR-55 <br />permit boundary change was subsequently submitted to reflect the SL-3 <br />release decision, which is why the total affected area listed on Table 3-7 is <br />only 1,385 acres. <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
