What about the
adjoining Idaho Mine's illegal and unpermitted mill which was on the initial permit?
This should be included in the disturbed area and thus a 110 permit is not warranted and a
112 permit should be required.
I also feel that Wildcat's permit should include the latest documented work (last
inspection report) of a new portal and an illegal mill which created yet more disturbed
area around this site.
Further more, let's not forget the access road data from Wally Eric:kson's last inspection
report. He reiterates that the access road either needed to be reclaimed or reconstructed.
in order to comply this road needed to be lengthened to bring it to the proper grade.
Lengthening this road would create yet more disturbed area, You need to look at this
project as a 112 project with all these future modifications that are: required.
A final note it's stated in the public notice the final use of the land will be recreation.
This is an extremely bold statement for a company that is rem the land. I feel this is a
"tell them what the want to hear approach" I am fiercely apposed to this project and
request parry status.
Sincerely;
Scott Collignon
_,J X'?7
