To Wally Erickson
Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety
691 County Road 233, Suite A-2
Durango, CO 81301
CC: Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman St, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
A,, 0,7 POP.
?DIO
9?haOld 0
S`?fe y? n
Re; Wildcat Mining, La Plata County, CO. Permit application M-1981-185
We find the possible approval of this application for the Mayday Mine troubling due to a number of
reasons. Most troubling is the unpermitted substandard road used by the operator to do the
unpermitted work they were fined for last time they were before the board, is now "attached "to the
Idaho Mine rather than the Mayday. On page 2 of Wally Erickson's finding dated 11/24/09 this operator
was cited for use of this road to access the Mayday Mine. As there is no permit or application for the
Idaho project, I would propose the Division require immediate reclamation of said road that is adjacent
to my property. Continued existence of the road would result in the operators unpermitted use to of it
to access the Mayday Mine as lack of permits have not stopped their illegal actions in recent past.
The approval of any permit for Wildcat Mining Corp. is unjustified due to their continued disregard for
the Divisions rules and regulations.
Regards,
t
' den

Erin Linden
4/19/2010
