To: Colorado state Division of Mining and Reclamation
From: Phil Vigil `yDi
4719 CR 124
Hesperus, Co
81326
Re: Mayday Mine permit M-1981-185
Date 04/19/20
R?CEJv?0
APR z 22010
Di Durango on °f Re /d ©fce
6ln9 ancl Sa etyon,
I wish to voice my objections to the continued applications by Wildcat mining Corp despite the
history of developing the Mayday mine illegally. From a technical standpoint I find it hard to understand
how an application to mine is acceptable when work on the mine and adjacent property has been
developed with no technical review and is now being accepted. The Division has fined Wildcat mining
Corporation multiple times with little affect on the illegal activities and ignoring all rules and regulations.
According to legislative declaration concerning the Division of Mining and Reclamation the division is to
conserve natural resources, to aid in the protection of wildlife and aquatic resources. and to protect and
promote the health, safety, and general welfare of the people of the state of Colorado. Wildcat mining
has not shown any of these concerns in their activities and the Division has been remiss in their review
and management of these other valid concerns and has led to the continued illegal and dangerous work
done.
Thank you
?:?J o
000,
-c" 5
?.
'ZI
p,P? .L g 2010
