The two copies must be executed in the spaces provided and returned to the <br />address shown above. When the executed documents are received by the BLM, we can issue the <br />right-of-way grant for the access road for the Spring Creek Gravel Pit. <br />This grant, along with the authority to use the lands described in the document, becomes effective <br />on the date it is signed by an authorized officer of the BLM. A copy of the signed right-of-way <br />grant will be returned to you. <br />In accordance with 43 CFR 2804.16 (a), Rio Blanco County is exempt from processing and <br />monitoring fees. In accordance with 43 CFR 2806.14 (b), rental is being waived for this right-of- <br />way grant. <br />You are hereby allowed 30 days from receipt of this decision in which to sign and return the <br />right-of-way grant.
