That is an increase in warranty of $30,764.00. The Division should have <br />followed it up with a letter informing you of the increased warranty and to post the additional warranty <br />within 60 days from receipt of the letter. <br />Since a follow up letter was not sent to you initiating a warranty increase revision, and requesting the <br />additional warranty, please consider this letter as the follow up letter. <br />While you were present on an inspection of the adjacent DCF, ceramics 110 clay mine (M-1990-143), at <br />the request of the operator for a possible succession of that site, your site was also inspected, and found <br />to be as reported in the inspection dated 6-25-08. That inspection report and the detailed Financial <br />Warranty calculations from the June 6, 2008 inspection are enclosed with this letter.
