This minor <br />subdivision was recently accepted by the City of Greeley and recorded with the Weld County Clerk and <br />Recorder. This minor subdivision splits the existing property on the northwest corner of the intersection of <br />35th Avenue and 4th Street into several outlots, tracts and lots. Two of the outlots were dedicated to the <br />City, and the City will soon be moving forward with the construction of a regional detention pond within <br />those outlots. The two commercial lots have previously been developed, and the uses on those lots will <br />remain unchanged by this subdivision. The majority of the property is within one of the two larger tracts, <br />which are both reserved for future development.
