<br />(2) Decreed Point of Diversion: The original decreed diversion was described as being
<br />located approximately 2,650 feet West of the East Line and 2,650 feet North of the
<br />South line, in the NE1/4 NE 1/4 SWI./4 of Section 14, T.2S., R.IE., Ute P.M. In
<br />Case No. 01 CW049, the point of diversion was changed and is now described as: A
<br />point on the east bank of the Gunnison River located approximately 1,950 feet north
<br />of the South section line and 3,000 feet west of the East section line of Section 14,
<br />T.2S., R.1E., Ute P.M. The UTM coordinates for this new point of diversion are
<br />0720818 casting, 4317616 northing, zone 125.

<br />(7) By decree entered on October 9, 2001, Case No. 01CW049, the ti'Vhitewater Pumping
<br />Station was changed to include the following uses, in addition to the historic use for
<br />irrigating agricultural crops: Industrial use in connection with sand and gravel mining
<br />activities, including but not limited to replacement of evaporation losses during and
<br />after completion of sand and gravel mining activities, dust suppression, replacement
<br />of product moisture losses resulting from aggregate removal and processing, and
<br />aggregate washing activities. These conditional uses were awarded the appropriation
<br />date of April 9, 2001.

<br />(1) Date entered: May 25, 1976

<br />(2) Decreed Point of Diversion: The original decreed diversion was described as being
<br />located at a point in the NWI/4 of Section 23, T.2S., R. l E., Ute P.M., which is 3870
<br />feet from the East Line and 3380 feet from the South line of said Section 23. In Case
<br />No. OICW049, the point of diversion was changed and is now described as: A point
<br />on the east bank of the Gunnison River located approximately 1,950 feet north of the
<br />South section line and 3,000 feet west of the East section linc of Section 14, T.2S.,
<br />R. 1E., Ute P.M. The UTM coordinates for this new point of diversion are 07208( 8
<br />Basting, 4317616 northing, zone 125.
