Boring equipment to include a boring machine, water tank, and miscellaneous small truck(s). <br />4. April 7, 2010 - Mobilization Date for Boring Equipment or as soon as road boring permit is <br />approved by Routt County Road and Bridge. <br />5. "Flagmen Ahead" or similar signs will be placed in advance of the flagger locations for both <br />travel directions along RCR #27. <br />6. During the unloading of the boring equipment within or along side of the RCR #27 county <br />right-of-way, traffic will be controlled by multiple flaggers with stop signs and two-way <br />radios, employed by Bower Brothers Construction. The flaggers will be stationed on both <br />ends of the unloading zone. <br />7. Several 500' joints of 12" HDPE pipe will also be pulled across the road and to the west side <br />of the road boring for extension and installation to the shaft site. <br />8. During the pulling of the HDPE pipe across RCR #27 and to the west side of the road boring, <br />traffic will be again controlled by multiple flaggers with stop signs and two-way radios, <br />employed by Bower Brothers Construction. The flaggers will be stationed on both ends of <br />the unloading zone. <br />9. The pulling of the HDPE pipe occur at a different date and time than unloading of the boring <br />equipment.. <br />10. Refer to attached Figure 1.
