The notice appears to be <br />copy of the newspaper notice <br />required by Rule 1.6.2(1)(d) and <br />not the notice required by Rule <br />1.6.2(1)(b). Additionally, the <br />notice incorrectly represents the <br />Applicant as being Mike <br />Clements rather than Wildcat <br />Mining Corporation, and provides <br />an incorrect date whereby <br />comments will be received by the <br />Division. Therefore, the notice is <br />in error and must be re-posted in <br />accordance with Rule 1.6.2(1)(b). <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(1)(b), the <br />Applicant must provide a signed <br />affidavit that such notice (sign) <br />has been posted. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Mr. Mike Clements 108 Linda Court. Durango CO 81301. <br />(970)375-7086 has riled an application fora Hard Rock/Metal <br />Mining Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit <br />Amendment for permit #M-1981-185 with the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The mine is known <br />as the Mayday Mine, and is located at or near Section 28. <br />Township 36 N, Range 11 West, 10°1 (New Mexico) Prime <br />Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is April 1", 2010, and <br />the proposed date of completion is October 31", 2020.
