The responses are in the order
in which they were presented.
Item 1. OMLLC does not anticipate the need to expand the present disturbance Boundary.
Item 2. As noted in the application, the rocks and boulders presently utilized as erosion
protection for the SAE is intended to be further utilized. An additional SAE demonstration is
attached for inclusion in Exhibit 2.05-E3, Section 9, Drainage and Sediment Control Plan.
Item 3. Where the rock protection is inadequate to protect the hydrologic balance of Elk
Creek, straw bales, silt fence or straw waddles will be used to prevent erosion and sediment to
Elk Creek.
Item 4. A proposed borehole completion diagram is attached for the Division's review.
We note that the upper portion of the borehole will be double cased and double grouted down
through the colluvium to the rock contact. This technique assures protection of Elk Creek and
alluvium/colluvium.
Item 5. A corrected page PAP 2.05-11 a is included herein to correct the information
pertaining to the methane drainage facility.
0 Page 1
