The Division hereby extends the Decision Due date for Permit Revision No. 6 (PR -06) an
additional 60 days from 19 April 2010 to 18 June 2010. This extension is in response to
a request letter from Greg Lewicki, P.E. dated the 12 of April and received in our office
today, 19 April 2010. This 60 -day extension is granted in accordance with Rule
2.07.4(2)(x) due to the unusual complexity and controversial nature of certain aspects of
the revision.
