Page 3.0-1 reflects inclusion of the bond estimate as an <br />exhibit in Volume 3 of the permit application. At the present time, Northfield accepts <br />the proposed bond amount. <br />Item 2: Map 7, Mine Plan once again shows the location of the cliffs as previously <br />shown on approved versions, along with a revision date. <br />Item 3: Page 2.05.3-19 was edited to reflect completion of the core sample <br />collection and analysis for geochemical data. <br />Item 4: As directed, The Drainage and Sediment Control Plan language has been <br />revised to reflect that the design will be submitted to site engineers for final review <br />and approval prior to construction. <br />In addition, due to the change in disturbed acreage from 20 acres to 22.5 acres, the <br />second page of the permit application and page 2.03-13 are provided. <br />Please call me directly at 719-275-8951 if you have any question. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />v tiw1 '?? ; I ti `? <br />Angela M.
