It appears that all issues have been addressed and the application meets the <br />requirements of the Act and Rules. Therefore staff is pleased to inform Mount Sneffels Mining <br />Company LLC that the Ruby Trust Drilling Project is approved. <br />Mount Sneffels Mining Company, LLC has accepted the bond estimate of $113,912.00. The USFS has <br />concurred on the bond amount. Please submit the proper bond amount to the Division's Denver Office, <br />Attention Elizabeth Taliaferro. The bond amount of $113,912.00 must be submitted by June 11, 2010 or <br />the NOI file may be terminated.
