I was just wondering if Oakridge Energy has decided on a course of action
regarding the Carbon Junction SL4 Phase III bond release application. As I mentioned, we believe we can approve a Phase II bond
release that would reduce the current site liability of $405,834 down to approximately $113,674. This would hinge on approval of a
TR (yet to be submitted) requesting that topsoil piles 4 and 7 be left permanent. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thanks!
Dan
Daniell.
