Hernandez, Daniel
From:
Hernandez, Daniel
Sent:
Wednesday, April 14, 2010 11:36 AM
To:
'savageandsavage @ earthlink.net'
Cc:
Berry, David; Kaldenbach, Tom; Erickson, Wally
Subject:
Carbon Junction SL4
Hello Mike —
We haven't received a reply to our March 22, 2010 e-mail message below, and were wondering where things stand with
Oakridge Energy Inc and the SL4 bond release application for the Carbon Junction Mine. The most recent information
we received regarding the SL4 bond release application was an e-mail message dated February 11, 2010 that stated that
Oakridge Energy Inc was looking into some development complimentary to the post- mining land use. Given the amount
of time that has passed since the October 29, 2008 bond release inspection and the lack of sufficient information
demonstrating that development of the approved residential post- mining land use has substantially commenced and is
likely to be achieved, we feel it may be time to close this action out by issuing a proposed decision to deny the
application.
Thanks,
Dan
Daniell. Say, I was wondering if you had heard anything from Oakridge Energy regarding the Carbon
Junction Mine?
