(4) Measure water conductivity, PH, temperature, oillgrease, settleable solids, total suspended solids,
total dissolved solids, and iron. Full suite laboratory analysis (February, May, August, and
November on quarterly schedule), if pond(s) are discharging for Outfalls 001 through 007.
(5) Measure water conductivity, PH, temperature, oil/grease, and flow/depth. Have full suite laboratory
analysis February and August for Semi-Annual schedule and August for Annual schedule) for listed
groundwater monitoring wells and surface monitoring stations.
(6) Measure monthly water depth for groundwater monitoring wells (GW's).
(7) Measure annually water depth for groundwater; revert back to monthly if water is found.
(8) Measure water conductivity, PH, temperature, and depth. Have full suite laboratory analysis using
the Ground Water Parameters on following list (February, May, August, and November)
9) Monitoring sites GW-N1, GW-N10, GW-N11, GW-N24, GW-N25, GW-N26, GW-N28, Spoil Spring
#1, Spoil Spring #3, and NPDES 001 through NPDES 006 were abandoned and monitoring
discontinued as in November 2001 as per MR-52. Monitoring on wells GW-N3, GW-N4 , GW-N4R
and GW-N27 was discontinued effective the same date. When monitoring resumes or when the
wells are abandoned will depend on the dictates of the State.
(Revised 10/17/01) 2.04.7-40
