I ISth Ave., Westminster, CO 80234, was deemed complete for the purpose of filing. All reviews <br /> and comment periods as provided In the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from <br /> this day of filing. <br /> The additional land contains some 808.3 acres and comprises of the following lands in Montrose <br /> County. <br /> Portion of Section 6, T46N, R15W <br /> Section 1, T46N, R16W <br /> Section 31, T47N, RISW <br /> Section 36, T47N, R16W <br /> The above mentioned tracts of land are shown on the USGS 7.5 minute Nucla Quadrangle Map. A <br /> copy of the permit revision application is available for public Inspection at the -town Clerk's office, <br /> Town Hall in Nucla. Written comments or objections to the application must be submitted to <br /> Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br /> 80203, (303) 866-3587 within ten (10) days of the date of publication. Written comments, objections <br /> or requests for an informal conference must be filed at the Division within 30 days of the last date of <br /> this publication. <br />
