Pineda <br />Director <br />On April 6, 2010, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 110c <br />Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment Application Package for the Dill Pit, <br />File No. M-2009-077. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the <br />following items must be received before the Division can consider your application as being <br />submitted and technical review can begin: <br />Application Form: <br />The Applicant did not submit an Application Form. Please submit a completed Construction <br />Materials Limited Impact (110) Operation Application Form and select `Amendment <br />Application' on Page No. 1. The information that is submitted with the Amendment <br />Application Form will largely remain the same as the original application; however, it may <br />be necessary to update some of the information such as the Primary Mine Entrance Location. <br />Your application will not be considered filed until the information listed above is received and <br />found sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 30 days from the date <br />of receipt of all of the requested information. Additionally, if you have already published notice <br />you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the application submitted. <br />Republication must occur once within ten (10) days of the submittal date. We will notify you <br />when you should initiate republication of your notice. The final date for receiving comments is <br />ten (10) days after the date of publication or the next regular business day. <br />You have sixty (60) days from the above date to submit all necessary documents that the Office <br />needs for an application to be considered filed.
