Please remember that <br />bids will be opened January 27, 2009 at 3:30pm. <br />The following clarifications and amendments should be noted and incorporated into the bid <br />documents: <br />1. A list of the Pre -Bid Meeting attendees is attached to this amendment. <br />2. All Tasks; As a point of clarification, all rock will be obtained on site and from a mutually <br />agreed location. Site disturbance shall be kept to a minimum. <br />3. Task 2; Sediment Pond Spillway: The existing emergency spillway will be lowed three 3 <br />feet and then lined to the specifications noted in the bid document. The map is revised to <br />depict the location of the spillway fill location within the boundaries of the sediment pond. <br />4. Task 6; Revegetation: As a point of clarification, all areas disturbed by the CONTRACTOR <br />will be revegetated to the specifications noted under Task 6. In addition, the Biosol Plus <br />fertilizer has been revised to 7 -2 -3. <br />All terms and conditions of the Invitation and Bid other than as changed by this amendment remain <br />the same. <br />Receipt and acceptance of this amendment shall be acknowledged on the bid form. <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Denver - Grand Junction - Durango Active and Inactive Mines <br />
