Install the 4 additional Access Road /Fill Outslope check dams below the main drainage channel as specified by the Project <br />Manager. The check dams used are the 4 noted on the additional items @ $200.00 /dam, so there is no increase to the price on <br />the Bid Sheet noted in Emergency Change Order #1). $0.00 <br />2. Install the 2 additional Portal check dams within the 50 foot portal slope (7 total) as specified by the Project Manager. The <br />portal check dams used are the 2 noted on the additional items @ $200.00 /dam, so there is no increase to the price on the Bid <br />Sheet noted in Emergency Change Order #2). $0.00 <br />3. Construct a ditch 49 feet long * 2 feet deep * 4 feet wide on the old exploration road above the fill as specified by the Project <br />Manager. The hand labor cost of $384.00 ($48 /hr. * 8 hours) will be converted from a portion of additional rip -rap cost (Item #8 <br />on the additional which totals $500.00). There is no increase to the total cost since $384.00 will be used from Item #8 (noted in <br />Emergency Change Order #3). $0.00 <br />4. The contractor will perform additional excavation work at the sediment pond as directed by the Project Manager. Any <br />excavation organic materials will be hauled off site for disposal. Excavated areas will be filled to blend with adjacent contour, <br />and reseeded as per specifications. Machine time, estimated at 5 hours of Track Excavator at $100 per hour, will be used to <br />fund this work.
