Martin <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta E. Pineda <br />Director <br />Trapper Mining, Inc. has applied for a bond release at the Trapper Mine. The bond release application <br />was found complete by this Division on April 13, 2010. Trapper Mine has requested Phase I bond <br />release of 64.4 acres of rangelands reclaimed in 2008. The areas have been backfilled and regraded, <br />retopsoiled, and reseeded. These areas are in the Enfield, Flintlock, and East Flintlock Pits. The <br />surface ownership is State and private, and the coal mined was Federal, state and private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon <br />as it has been scheduled.
