The bond release
application was found complete by this Division on April 12, 2010. In letter of February 18, 2010,
Coors Energy Company sent a notice of Application for a Phase II partial bond release for the
Keenesburg Mine. The area totals 51.05 acres and includes areas 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 15, 16, 19, 23, and
29. The bond amount requested for release is $179, 646.00.
