Pinecla <br />839 Mackenzie Ave Director <br />P O Box 841 <br />Canon City, CO 81215 <br />Re: McKenzie Pit, Permit No. M-1980-224, Amendment Approval, Revision No. AM-2 <br />Dear Mr. Ary: <br />On April 8, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on June 30, 2009, addressing the following: <br />Change Post Mining Land use to Industrial/Commercial, remove 30.46 acres from permit that are fully <br />reclaimed as Industrial Commercial, add 5.94 acres to the mining permit. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1980-224. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-224 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated reclamation warranty for the site is $58,241.00.
