So that I can provide this
information to you, please let me know what was missing so that it can be provided to make the MR
complete. The letter also says that a TR must be submitted. The same is true for a TR application-
what information was missing so that I can better ensure that a TR application (if needed) would be
complete. Also, because I wasn't around during the PR-14 process and decision, I am unclear about
why a TR must be submitted. Was there a permit commitment per PR-14 or a stipulation that
requires this?
FYI - we've met with the Forest Service and they've agreed that the proposed pad that replaces three
of the projected pad locations per PR-14 (i.e. three pads that now will not be built) results in a net
decrease in the total amount of disturbed acres. Our proposal per MR-364 has been reviewed by the
FS Supervisor's Office and is currently under review in the FS Regional Office as some of the pad is
within the Inventoried Roadless Area, but no road building is proposed, so no issues are anticipated.
We'll keep you posted on what we hear from them.
Thanks,
