Based on the 2009 Musselman Report, The Use of Landscape Fabric and <br />Supplemental Irrigation to Enhance Survival and Growth of Woody Perennials Planted on Reclaimed <br />Surface Mine Lands, SCC has revised the permit text to establish a density standard for aspen/woody <br />stems within the designated aspen/woody plant areas. <br />SCC has attached two copies of the revised text, the application form and public notice; a third copy has <br />been sent to Sandy Brown at the Denver office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Roy A.
