TCC has requested
additional time to complete and submit the 2009 AHR until April 14, 2010. Timely submittal of the preceding
year's AHR is important to allow the Division to adequately review the reports before too much of the
current water year has passed. The Division concurs with TCC's request. The proposed decision date for
2009 AHR for the Foidel Creek Mine has been extended to April 14, 2010.
Sincerely,
r Janet H.
