Martin <br />Executive Director <br />The current DRMS permit for the Seneca II-W Mine will expire on December 31, 2010. Rule <br />2.08.5(2)(a) requires that a complete application for permit renewal be filed with the Division at least 180 <br />days prior to the permit expiration date. The rule further states that the Division shall mail notice of the <br />need for renewal at least 90 days prior to the final date for filing of the renewal application. In <br />accordance with Rule 2.08.5(2)(a), this letter is to provide written notice that a complete permit <br />renewal application for the Seneca H-W Mine will need to be submitted to the Division no later <br />than July 4, 2010. <br />Please refer to Rule 2.08.5(2) regarding the minimum requirements for a complete permit renewal <br />applications. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincere <br />Daniel T.
