The Division has completed its review of the above referenced report received on 31 March 2010. The
Division finds the 2009 Annual Reclamation Report in compliance of the following Rules:
Rule 2.04.13(1) - The ARR was received 31 March 2010. Please see comment below.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) - The cover of the ARR includes the name of the permittee, the address, and the
permit number.
Rule 2.04.13 (1)(b) - No additional acres were disturbed during calendar year 2009.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(c) - No disturbed acres were backfilled during calendar year 2009.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(d) - No disturbed acres were topsoiled during calendar year 2009.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(e) - No disturbed acres were revegetated during calendar year 2009.
Rule 2.04.13(2) - The following additional monitoring information was provided: weed control
activities conducted in 2009. The weed control locations were provided in Figure 1 of the 2009 ARR.
March 30th is the approved date of submission of the Annual Reclamation Report based on Tab 20, p.
11 of the Hayden Gulch permit.
