Public Notice <br />The Washington County Road & Bridge Dept. c/o Washington County <br />Commissioners, located at the Washington County Court House, 150 <br />Ash Street, Akron, CO. 80720; phone (970) 345-2701, has filed an <br />application for a regular (112) Construction Materials Operation <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the <br />extraction of construction materials. The proposed mine is known as the <br />State Land Board Gravel pit, and is located at or near section 36, <br />Township 5 North, Range 49 West of the 6ffi Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed Date of commencement is as soon as the permit is issued <br />and the proposed date of completion is unknown at this time. The <br />proposed future use of the land (Future Land use) is Rangeland. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained <br />from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street Room <br />215, Denver CO. 80203; (303) 866-3567, or at the Washington County <br />Clerk and Recorders office, 150 Ash Street, Akron Co. 80720, or the <br />above-named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available <br />above-named County Clerk and Recorders office and at the Divisions <br />office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing <br />and must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 <br />p.m. on or before <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sea.
