Martin <br />Executive Director <br />I am requesting your assistance in reviewing the bond liability cost estimate for Technical Revision <br />No. 67 (TR-67) for the Elk Creek Mine. The purpose of the TR is to conduct a 2010 exploration <br />borehole drilling program. This TR provides for a plan for the installation of temporary light use <br />roads and drilling of nine (9) exploration boreholes on the current Elk Creek Mine Permit Area. The <br />application was deemed complete on March 5, 2010. <br />A complete. copy of the technical revision is available for review in the Denver office. I am sending <br />out an adequacy review letter today. If it turns out that you have adequacy comments regarding the <br />cost estimate then we will send those under separate cover.
