26 inches here is accomplished in 2 months, through our irrigation systems. That is why the laws
were written the way they were. It does not matter whether you are in another state, Federal laws
mean the same, no matter what state you are in when you are reading them. DRMS tries and take
everything they read out of context because they do not understand FARMING.
Marcia Talvitie has written comments on numerous letters and documents at the court house that
are in a total violation of the State laws and Federal because the DRMS are not doing their jobs.
Public Notices must meet certain criteria and they are not. But, Marcia tells WFC that that is
alright and that they don't have to follow those laws.
A list of rules and regulations that are and have been violated are included. I am sending pages
that explain these violations and DRMS needs SOMEONE WHO.IS A FARMER ORIENTED
PERSON TO INTERVENE HERE.
DRMS is getting instruction from Governmental Agencies, but THEY ARE NOT FARMERS.
DRMS is ignoring anything the Farmer tells them. DRMS is not involving the LANDOWNER
in any of the Decision Making and the Rules and regulations state that the LANDOWNER
should be a part of ALL decisions concerning his property and NO MAJOR DECISIONS can be
made that affects the change of the landowners property without WRITTEN consent from the
landowner.
Thank you for your time
Q
JoEll Turner
