Pirieda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The February 2010 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports for CDPS Permit CO-0027154 were received by the Division on 01 April 2010; <br />the reports cover the time period from 01 February 2010 through 28 February 2010. <br />Only outfall 005A/MON5/005W (Pond D) discharged during February 2010. No exceedances of any <br />compliance criteria were noted during the month.
