<br />JBS FIVE RIVERS RANCH CATTLE FEEDING LLC (Operator Name); 2250 US HWY 50 LAMAR,
<br />CO 81052 phone: 719829-4641 (Address and Phone Number), has filed an AMENDMENT
<br />APPLICATION (RULE 1.10) for a Regular (I 12c) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit
<br />File Number,'vt-)977-223 with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the
<br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is
<br />known as the (Name of the Mine) WILEY PIT, and is located at or near Section 19, Township 22 South,
<br />Range 47 West, 6 th Prime Meridian, and I-luerfano County, Suite of Colorado.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is JULY, 2010, and the proposed date of completion is Summer,
<br />2040. The proposed future use of the land is (Future Land use) DEVELOPED WATER STORAGE.
