Dear Mr. Clayton:
On March 30, 2010, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your request for release of
the four-acre portion of the permit lying west of the canal from further reclamation responsibility. That area was
never disturbed by this permitted mining activity.
The permitted acreage was reduced to 3.90 acres, through the release of 4.00 acres in this permit action. Because the
permit is not totally released, the 11 Oc permit is still active and you are still liable for filing annual reports and fees.
