The Division's decision date was set for
April 1, 2010.
This office approves the request to extend the decision date and it has been reset to May 1, 2010. I am required to
state that if the amendment is not adequate for approval as of the close of business on the decision date the application
may be denied. Please provide your responses at least a few days prior to the decision date to allow time for their
review.
As always, please provide two copies of all adequacy response materials to the Division, and provide a receipt for
filing the same set of materials with the county clerk. These may be submitted directly to me at the Division's
Durango field office: 691 CR 233, Room A-2, Durango, CO 81301.
