EXHIBIT D 2 of 2 <br />CONST?&, <br />S % <br />It <br />'r <br />7040 W. Hwy. 160 Atamosa. 00.81101 (719)589-W71 <br />(F) (i). Mining depth is expected to be less than 15'. All mined material can be sold. <br />The estimated 0-12" of overburden will be stripped and stockpiled with the <br />topsoil. If groundwater is encountered, mining depth will be adjusted to <br />stay above ground water levels. <br />(ii) Stratum immediately below the mined area is the same as the mining <br />strata. <br />(G) The primary commodity to be mined is sand and gravel. No secondary products <br />are generated. All rock removed from the pit wall is marketable as sand and gravel in <br />various shapes and sizes. No waste piles will be generated. The extracted material will <br />be used in construction activities including concrete and asphalt aggregates. <br />(H) No incidental products will be generated. <br />(1) No blasting will be needed in conjunction with the mining or reclamation.
