Hwy. ieo Alamosa, Co. a1 tot (t+e)58M7i <br />REVISED EXHIBIT C <br />PRE-MINING AND MINING PLAN MAP(s) OF AFFECTED LANDS <br />a) The adjacent surface owners of record are listed on Map C.1 and below: <br />Gene Ensz, Darwin Ensz, John Reason & MAD, LLC. <br />b) There has been no change since the last application was filed. <br />c) Map C.2 has contour lines of five foot intervals darkened for reference. <br />d) Map C.3 shows amended areas to be mined. Combining existing and <br />amended permit covers 66.54 acres. The 21.80 acres south of irrigation ditch <br />has been mined and reclaimed. Remaining area north of irrigation ditch includes <br />proposed mining and staging areas totaling 44.74 acres. This area will be mined <br />in four phases and reclaimed as mining progresses. Phase IV is 10.3 acres, <br />Phase V is 10.3 acres, Phase VI is 4.4 acres and Phase VII is 10.2 acres. <br />e) See Map C.4 for vegetation in the affected area. Please see Exhibit J for the <br />list of vegetation types per soil type. <br />f) There is no water information to present on a map. <br />g) The following are existing permanent structures located within 200 feet of the <br />affected area boundary: <br />1. Existing pole barn located in affected area <br />2. Existing fence located along the north and east sides of the affected areas <br />3. Existing irrigation ditch <br />4. Existing overhead power lines along the east and south sides of the site. <br />h) Soils information: <br />The Natural Resource Conservation Service has classified two soil types. <br />Please see Map C.4 for soil type boundaries. Attachment C.H.1 details the <br />breakdown of soil type characteristics. <br />Soil and vegetation are very similar with slight variances in vegetation <br />composition due to existing topography.
