"?Icl Yr <br />To the Division of Mining Safety and Reclamation: <br />I am writing this letter in response to the report filed by Wally Erickson dated 12/17/2009 <br />following inspection of the Mayday Mine. I would like to be considered a Party Member <br />following this letter of rebuttal for the next Board Meeting scheduled February 1 lch 2010. <br />After reading the inspection report and noting the added mining work that has been done <br />under a cease and desist order is appalling. Where does this stop`? How can someone <br />continue to pretend that he does not understand what a C&D order means? This is <br />ridiculous, when does law enforcement become involved? How can everybody just stand <br />by and let this continue? <br />I would like another inspection done to see what he had done since the last inspection. <br />Clearly he is working daily, we all live here.
