February 18, 2010 <br />0 <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety: <br />We are requesting several more of these informal public hearings because we have waited for <br />this one public hearing since August of 2008. There are numerous documentations that are false <br />and have been put as record at the court house and misrepresentations of facts. There is no way <br />that all of this can be fixed with a 2 hour meeting ,during work hours for most people, and they <br />are unable to attend. This is a very small town and it takes everyone of. our kids to even make a <br />sport. So, Saturdays and Fridays are very bad and this week just happens to be STATE <br />WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS. A lot of our relatives as well as friends are gone to that and <br />it also is the HPP meeting in Montrose for all the farmers that are trying to get help with GAME <br />DAMAGE. If you do not allow more informal meetings that all of us are able to attend and that <br />we can have the time necessary to speak, then I have prepared all of the FORMAL hearing <br />documentation and I have 15 sets and we will be requesting the formal hearing at Denver if this <br />Permit - Revision is not withdrawn with all of its lies and then I will plan on going to the Federal <br />Government and to the Govern and then where ever else. The Federal Government will be <br />receiving a copy of all of this anyway, because if these false hoods are not corrected, then I need <br />to get someone in here that will make WFC do their job and abide by the rules and regulations <br />governing them. <br />Thank you, <br />JoEllen Turner and Michael Morgan, and the Morgans <br />
