2.07.8 (1) All information submitted to the Division is made available for Public Inspection
• AND COPYING AT THE COURT HOUSE!
Mr. Morgan went to the court house because he is blind and ask Danelle if she could run him a
copy of some of the stuff of WFC so he could take it home and put it under the magnifying glass
so he could read some of it. He was told to call WFC and ask if he could. WFC was called and
Mr. Morgan asked if he could run a copy and WFC told him "NO! I then called the Division and
asked and they said NO but if we wanted a copy, we could have them send it to us and we could
pay the copying fees. It cost us $50 to have this done. The law state specifically that we can
COPY it at the court house. Many times and many people since have asked and the answer was
still NO. Just the other day, I asked if I could have a copy of a document, and again I was told
NO. If I wanted a copy, I would have to go to the DRMS to get one. I would like to know WHY
you don't have to abide by your VERY OWN LAWS ? ? ? ?? The laws state that we can get a copy
or copy it at the court house, and I guess from now on, everyone needs to be aware of this law. .
(0
C]
