�• Page 23 <br />Section 1.04 <br />facilities such as lumber and wood processing, chemical <br />manufacturing, petroleum refining, and fabricated metal <br />products manufacture. Support facilities include, but are not <br />limited to, all rail, road, and other transportation facilities. <br />(ii) Retail or trade of goods or services, including hotels, <br />motels, stores, restaurants, and other commercial <br />establishments. Support facilities include, but are not limited <br />to, parking, storage or shipping facilities. <br />(iii) Developed commercial recreation, including facilities such <br />as amusement parks, athletic or recreational sports facilities, <br />and other intensive use recreational facilities. This <br />designation applies only to lands which are physically <br />developed for intensive recreational use, and does not <br />include adjacent lands which are not physically affected. <br />(g) "Recreation" means use of land for non - intensive public or private <br />leisure -time uses, such as hiking, canoeing, and other undeveloped <br />recreational uses. <br />(• (h) "Fish and wildlife habitat" means land used wholly or partially in <br />the production, protection or management of species of fish or <br />wildlife. <br />(i) "Developed water resources" means use of land for storing water <br />for beneficial uses such as stockponds, irrigation, fire protection, <br />flood control, and water supply. <br />(j) "Undeveloped land" means land with no current use or level of <br />management. It includes land that has never been developed, or if <br />previously developed; land that has been allowed to return <br />naturally to an undeveloped state or has been allowed to return to <br />forest through natural succession. <br />(71a) "Liabilities" means obligations to transfer assets or provide services to <br />other entities in the future as a result of past transactions. <br />(72) "Materially damage the quantity or quality of water" means, with <br />respect to alluvial valley floors, changes in the quality or quantity of the <br />water supplied to subirrigated or flood irrigated areas on alluvial valley <br />floors significant to farming where such changes are caused by surface <br />i� <br />
