the letter related to "Amendment 01 (AM-01) Incomplete for the Purposes of Filing-May Day
Mine, Permit No. M-1981-185. The letter is attached for reference purposes. In addition, R
Squared has included replacement pages to be exchanged for the pages submitted in the March
15'', 2010 May Day Mine permit application. The information that follows addresses the items
outlined in your letter deemed to be incomplete.
