2.0 ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />2.1 COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD RULE 2.04.13 <br />In accordance with the requirements of Rule 2.04.13, Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC is presenting the <br />information below to satisfy Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) through 2.04.13(1)(f). <br />(a) The name and address of the permitee and permit number: <br />Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC <br />701 Market Street, Suite 700 <br />St. louis, MO 63101-1826 <br />Permit No. C-92-081 <br />(b) Location and number of acres disturbed during that year: <br />There were (0.0) acres of disturbance at the Hayden Gulch Loadout during 2009. <br />(c) Location and number of acres backfilled and graded at the Hayden Gulch Loadout during 2009. <br />There were (0.0) acres backfilled and graded at the Hayden Gulch Loadout during <br />2009. <br />(d) Location and number of acres topsoiled during that year: <br />There were (0.0) acres topsoiled at the Hayden Gulch Loadout during 2009. <br />(e) The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that year, including any <br />augmented seeding or cultural practices: <br />There were (0.0) acres of vegetation planted at the Hayden Gulch Loadout during 2009. <br />(f) Location, number of acres and date of planting, for all previously revegetated areas: <br />The two water pipeline corridors, which represent approximately 1.4 acres, have been backfilled, <br />graded and seeded with a permanent seed mixture. The two corridors are shown on Figure 1, <br />Disturbed Lands. The work was completed by H-G Coal Company, the previous <br />owner/operator/permitee, in conjunction with the facility construction (circa 1979/1980). <br />Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC assumes that Seed Mix No. 2 (improved pasture mix - <br />subirrigated/irrigated) was used for the corridor section found in Section 10, T6N, R88W. The <br />pipeline corridor found in Sections 14 and 15, T6N, R88W was most likely seeded with Seed Mix <br />No. 1 (dryland pasture mix). However, Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC has been unable to locate <br />any information that documents what mixture was used to revegetate the two corridors. <br />Approximately 69.4 acres of the 97 disturbed acres have been seeded with Seed Mix No. 4 <br />2009 ARR
